More people support this war than in 1991, according to today's news reports. In fact, support is "surprisingly high" throughout the country, it is reported.

In a country where "horoscope signs" are considered legitimate measures by a majority of people, I would rather NOT have popular consensus.

I think you are not in touch with reality. Popular support for military action is supported by a solid majority if Saddam refuses to disarm....

BTW, in Boston..hardly a hotbed of conservatism....a local radio poll shows over 90% support for taking Saddam and his regime out in light of Powell's presentation....
