Carl, it doesn't take much effort. Just download the proxy statements from EDGAR. All the information you're looking for is there.

Question: Humble One, You claim that there is a glaring error in Intel's published bio of Andy S. Grove, Chairman of Intel Corp.? What error do you see?

intel.com

Andrew S. Grove was named Chairman of the Board of Intel Corporation in May 1997. From 1987 to 1998 he served as the company's CEO, and from 1979 to 1997 he served as President. Prior to participating in the founding of Intel in 1968 with Robert Noyce and Gordon Moore, he worked as the Assistant Director of Research and Development for Fairchild Semiconductor.

Humble One: Let's let our readers try their luck at correcting the bio. For the correct change to the above bio a 1000Humbles will be awarded.

Question: Have you alerted Intel of this gross error?

Humble One: I can't move mountains and nobody at Intel dare correct Intel's History as seen by Andrew Grove. I am, however a gambling man, so I will award 1MillionHumbles to the person that get the bio corrected to reflect the actual facts.

Questioner: Wow, that must be serious! You mean that they would get fired if the actual facts were stated?

Humble One: Yep, you got it!

PS: Last year the meeting was adjourned before they took any questions.

Gerstner pulled this bullshit after screwing IBM employees out of their pension and medical benefits. Faced with a certain number of angry questions from employees, he closed the meeting BEFORE any questions were taken. In this way, there was no record of the questions since they occurred after the meeting was adjourned. He then took only about 20 minutes of questions cutting them short just as a Vermont US senator was next up. He was nearly booed off the stage. But, in the record....it never happened.
