Bush deficits are projected for many years. Cant blame it on 9-11. or at least not the size of the Bush deficits. You know what causes them, tax cuts for the rich primarily.

Perentage wise, it's not even close to a record deficit.

It's only a record for countries that have a chance to survive the deficit.
