Yes..consensus is market will rally once the war starts like the Gulf War in 91.

People fail to realize that

1. In 1991 we had a BUY SIGNAL
2. In 2003, we are in a SELL SIGNAL

Also, the stock market has fully discounted a quick and decisive victory. If Sadam has any trick in his bag, the market definitely wont like it.

All in all...war or no war, market looks pretty ugly IMO.
