I did this for you (below) and selected Cisco because Cisco has a reputation for being a flat structure with strong grants to entry level employees- yet when I looked at the percentages of the top two at Cisco, it rather appeared Cisco rewarded the top two more, than Intel. I think Intel has a reputation for being in the middle. Carl, no one sold a significant stake in January as far as I can tell in Yahoo Reports, aside from what Ten said was Paul O exercising (buying) options & paying taxes. I bet you didn't notice that he held last year when the stock was 2Xs higher per Yahoo? Unlike you, I've been reading Yahoo Inside Reports for several years and noticed it. I haven't seen anything wrong and I have solid pattern recognition skills. If I did see something wrong, I'd just constructively educate the company, rather than screaming fraud. Your issue is an industry issue, not an Intel issue. Why don't you just write covered calls on 10% of your portfolio and make the best of this downturn? The downturn will end. sec.gov sec.gov OPTION GRANTS IN LAST FISCAL YEAR Individual Grants ------------------------------------------------------ Name (1) Year ($/Share)(2) Date 5%($) 10%($) -------------------------------------------------------- John T.
