Referring to CYBORG? The guy who bought and held tech stocks at nosebleed valuations because the internet was gonna change everything?!

Now, of course, the bubble has burst and CYBORG is blaming Clinton, Democrats, poor people, Europeans... i.e. anybody but himself and his RW friends.

It was an expression before 911 and it's one now. You can view his use of it as cheapening, but it certainly has nothing to do with who goes into battle.
