Maybe the UN can set up a no-fly zone over NK....and China to be the "enforcer" for the UN, as the US is for the UN re Iraq.....

Does the UN ever pay the US for "flying over Iraq" as the enforcer? Oh, gosh, I know....stupid question.....<not grinning>

So long as the US is footing the bill...
