Looks like whoever is doing this bearish spread (most likely a big institutional player) is doing quite nicely with the QQQ moving lower. Another reason to do this spread is to make the bulls (and shorts) believe that there's too much pessimism out there by skewing the put/call ratios up. If they have gotten more people to go long or cover the last couple of days looking for a bounce, there won't be as much support on the way down. Could help make for an ugly selloff tomorrow or very soon...
