It is true that the larger contracts take longer to close. The restricted IT budgets have also lengthened the sales cycle. I suspect, however, there are significant efficiencies in one huge sale versus 70 zillion smaller ones. The company was not willing to offer much forward guidance...small wonder considering recently completed litigation. Their outlook is next two quarters cyclically weak and improved IT spending the 2d half of the year. Health Services revenue (HIPAA induced) for the fourth quarter was on a par with third quarter. Company laid claimed to some market share gain.
