Canadian investors continued to pull money out of mutual funds in January, with net redemptions coming in at $469-million, the Investment Funds Institute of Canada said Monday.

The market is starting to hemorrhage from MF redemptions. Right now is just a trickle, but the snow ball has been gaining momentum. First investments went down in size, then they were around zero, now they are mildly negative. Not long from now will see 20% or so of the market cap go out be cashed out...

To put this in simple terms, this means the Dow will be at 6400 by the end of the year.
