What are you going to do with all the corporations and individuals who don't comply with your edict?

Perhaps forbid them from working on government contracts. Other then that that there are penalties in equal opportunity laws even without applying specific affirmative action laws, clauses, or regulations. I might not support applying those against non government entities but most of the people in opposition to affirmative actions would, and you could still impose them without imposing affirmative action.


It would take too long your way. Why change the current system since it is working?
