I had a neighbor who was on the phone leaving her drive. I'd rather be sitting on my ass drinking coffee on the speaker phone. I got a call about a house 400 yards from me. A widow owned and lived in it and the house is a dump. New, it was a nice 4 bedroom ranch on 5 acres but she lived in the basement and parts fell off. I get the call. Realtor just discovered a find. The woman died and the son is letting it rot. I have had about 100 inqueries about this house since I moved here. I'm starting to get tired of the pestering.
