I know what you are saying about "tails" and prices -- get far enough out of the norm day to day pattern and you can't expect an immediate reversion to the norm and you believe that can be extended to larger timeframes -- I'm just not sure it helps me with price prediction to know that I am -- in a tail and outide of where I expect more "normal" price behavior.

It goes back to the problem I said before -- too many drivers and a changing set of drivers
