Because the train is leaving the station. With or without allies ? and barring Saddam's removal by a coup or voluntary exile ? the Bush administration is going to war.

Saddam sure seems to think so. Iraqi troops have withdrawn from the Kuwaiti and Jordanian border, supposedly... And Kuwait has announced that as of Feb 15th, the Iraqi border will be a closed military zone. The tanks are getting fired up, Bill.
