Have a good evening John.

Whoops, change of plans. My wife decided she had a tough day and didn't want to read for a while. I've got a good novel and am not yet ready to quit reading. So I'm back in my study about to read.

I reread the short NRO bit. Actually, I thought it was decent. I disagree with it which won't surprise anyone. I think the Bush folk have to gain enough UNSC approval to overcome their bad PR--the cowboy image. So it's not just a moment in which the train is leaving the station for folk to get on; it's a moment in which much, much politics, in the best sense of the word, will take place. I think the Bush folk know they are much, much better off if they have wide and deep support in the UNSC, well, with the exception of the further, further right in the admin--Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, and those even further to the right.
