Regarding the new fund, I haven't looked at it and probably won't do anything with it until we have a chance to see what's in it and who's running it and so on. Right now everything is in limbo with this war issue. I still have some other fish to fry being in business.

There's a tendency for such a fall in the Reit NLY to fall a little more, but then it should stabilize soon. I haven't paid close attention to it. If the dividend payout is not in danger, it should come around? Some investors who buy these things long term are only interested in income and somehow ignore the share price. A hard thing.

I always remember the old saying that the first loss is the best loss. But with a good dividend, things can sort themselves out sooner than later.

I bought the minimum on the new Real Estate fund. I hope for the best. I like the sector. We'll see how it grows.

I own still a lot of reits direct headed by PNP. I was looking again by chance at one of their shopping centers today as I happened by Vallejo along the Bay. They label their centers with a sign post at the entrance.
