I agree. Frankly, I am doing the loan business only part time right now, and mostly refinances. I care too much about my clients to help them buy a house at the top of the market.

On the other hand, I have been saying that for over a year now but people who bought last year are doing pretty well.

Actually, convincing people not to time the market makes it easier for Salesmen to consistently sell. It all seems so simple. Then when a market tanks, the Salesman is no where to be found. Hummm.
