Get ready, here comes the crap. Look at the 10-year T-bill for a clue.

Just try to keep an even perspective, which I know you do. When you want the market to move a certain direction, we all have a tendency to try to "will" it in that direction. We sometimes do that by interpreting the indicators and charts that are neutral in a way that can fit our bias.

I've done that, and I try to be on guard for that as it tends to cloud my perspective.

Jeffrey,
You wrote:"This is the fourth time we have closed at the lows on spx in lower 840 area. For whatever reason we keep finding support. If we dont crash out and break thru and start next downleg today, we will turn up and rally hard."
Imo, in a bear market like this, this type of trading range usually resolves to the downside. You also wrote: "i am seeing things there that arent on normal charts (custom indicators) and many are at levls of july and oct lows right now." Fwiw, good observation, but once again in a bear maket this type diversion usually resolves to the downside so these indicators give you an idea of where we are going. Time will tell and best of luck.

The problem with your thinking Jeffery is that the TRIN suggests that the big boys have been selling nit accumulating.

This churning at the lows should portend a big drop. MUFUs have no cash and are fully in.

Meanwhile fund flows are negative.

Hedge funds are pushing this around now and I bet soime of them are hurting.
