IGNE is quite movable - just 10,000 shares traded in the last hour pushed it up 100% today.

TREZV
Just pulled of DTC ...buy ins happening rapidly as the naked short position is 700k-1.3 million and the float is just over a million. Just changed cusip as well...looks like a massive squeeze that could put it over a buck or more (depending on where insiders let them stop bleeding).

Trezac’s Common Stock Successfully Exits DTCC

Common Stock Moves to ‘X’ Clearing -- Custody Only Environment
BOCA RATON, FL -- (INTERNET WIRE) -- 02/28/2003 -- Trezac International Corporation (OTC BB: TREZV) announced today that the Company has successfully exited its common stock from the DTCC (Depository Trust and Clearing Corp).

The common stock of “Trezac Corporation” that traded under the symbol ‘TRZC’ bearing CUSIP number 89531X-10-8 has been deemed DTCC & NSCC (National Securities Clearing Corporation) ineligible, and this CUSIP number was extinguished as of February 25, 2003. Trezac Corporation common stock is subject to a mandatory exchange on a ‘one-for-one’ basis with the Company’s new common stock, “Trezac International Corporation” (OTC Bulletin Board: TREZV), which bears CUSIP number 894925-10-6. TREZV is also DTCC & NSCC ineligible and trades ‘when issued’ in a ‘Custody only’ environment.

In an effort to simplify the mandatory exchange for Shareholders, the Company requested that DTCC assist in managing the exchange as DTCC could have performed the exchange. The request for an ‘automated’ mandatory exchange was declined by the DTCC. Therefore, the Company, its Transfer Agent and its Shareholders are forced to perform the mandatory exchange ‘manually.’

For Shareholders who own free trading (TRZC) common stock held in brokerage accounts: Shareholders are advised to seek immediate physical delivery of their certificates from their brokerage firm for the mandatory exchange of shares.

For Shareholders who own the old (TRZC) common stock: Please return your existing stock certificate to Madison Stock Transfer Agent in order to receive TREZV shares. TREZV restricted shares may be held by the Shareholder in certificate form, or may be held in the custodian services of any brokerage firm in certificate form.

TREZV shares may be held by the Shareholder in certificate form, or may be held in the custodian services of any brokerage firm in certificate form only. This does not preclude the buying and selling of the Company’s common shares through all normal channels of broker dealers.

Interested parties can receive corporate updates by sending their e-mail addresses to trezv@focuspartners.com. More information about Trezac International Corporation is available on the Company’s Web site at www.trezac.com.
