wolf:

good post the other day

i have to agree with you on the timing of the rights offering ...rek must have been so desperate to say something (anything) that as soon as she handed over the docs to the osc, she opened her yap and let it out instead of doing her work and then simply announcing the approval the same way as everyone else does

rek has a long track of spouting off too soon...instead of telling us where we are, she seems to always tell us where she thinks we are going with the expectation that we we will get there much sooner than we actually achieve...every time she opens her mouth, it makes me cringe

while i can understand how somebody can do such a great job in many areas and be an abysmal failure in others, i simply don't understand why she wouldn't hire someone else to look after the areas where she so obviously lacks....her stubborn streak on this issue has cost dmx and its shareholders dearly over the years...if we do get approvals, i sincerely hope she steps aside and lets a pro look after the company so that we can go to the next level...otherwise, the game is basically over once we get the approvals and imo, there is no sense in sticking around as the share price will likely never be higher than the day (or days following) we get fda approval

i sure hope she isn't scrambling around looking for money again while she waits (if she is, she can call me as i will be happy to provide her money at $1.30 per share as she seems comfortable issuing shares at that price)

Wolf, that post does the job, ta.
at the risk of my repeating you...
1. <Even when we flip by selling the equivalent cash and then
exercising, the only market visible action is the selling
of the shares. Therefore flipping causes downward pressure
even though the net shares held rises>. No wonder traders like Wily sold on the RO announcement.
2. <Currently then DMX would have made a profit of $26.2 million resulting in the $.50 eps. If the RO is fully subscribed that eps will drop to $.40.> Some will quibble that I am using hindsight...but it is also worthwhile mentioning that IF Ms. Keeler had used any foresight, at all, and had utilized the ACQUA financing to sell some shares, at, say $6, for future working capital needs, instead of at today's RO price of $2 - I would be a happier camper, for one. The dilution effect on future earnings would have been barely worth mentioning. Fox.
