My biggest scare on a mis-entry was for 2000 shares instead of 200... almost crapped myself... it went through because I was mostly in cash at the time and (knock on wood) luckily it was played in the right direction at the right time and I closed the trade with four profitable 500 share orders.

I did that crap twice on some option trades last week. I meant to modify the order to buy under the bid and accidentally bought at the ask. I'm sure I could've gotten filled at the lower level so I'm pretty unhappy.
