It may be satisfied with filling the lows of the day before the gap down (~62.5) and not all the way to that day's close (63)..
But the way this one moves, it is more or less moot if you are already holding puts (unless stop-loss is reached).

Added spx put at 842 near the open
Took it off at 835
Almost added it back at 842 but did not.
Too GE and FDC puts off the table as well
