The other SI thread indicates 200K and 400K puts on Jan 2005 45 puts on QQQ.

On the CBOE most acive puts, it shows 73000 Jan 45 traded at 21.1, and 73000 Jan 55 puts at 30.90.
Perhaps a spread which is traded at 9.8 of possible 10 diffential.

It almost seems like someone is closing the spread, which may have been initiated when the QQQs were much higher.

Nevertheless, this seems to be skewing the P/C ratio, and likely is not a bullish indicator, imo.
