So this is what you want to send people to their death over?

This is a crazy question. Of course, it is worth the deaths of some of our military to make the world a safer place and to promote freedom and stability in the Middle East. These are things that SOME PEOPLE (NOT EVERYONE, however), are willing to make the Supreme Sacrifice for.

You are telling me that there is no other way?

There IS no other way. We've tried sanctions -- who suffered while Saddam continued to build huge palaces? While Saddam continued to build banned weapons systems? Who suffered? We've tried weapons inspectors and Hans Blix himself today is saying that Saddam is hiding weapons from him.

It is time to kill Saddam (and his kids), once and for all.

So this is what you want to send people to their death over? You are telling me that there is no other way? I say BULLSHIT. I say work harder to solve this by peaceful means Bush.

What peaceful means do you suggest. Negotiations with a person who has shown he wont uphold his end of the bargain? Sanctions which hurt the Iraqi people much more then they hurt Saddam and don't shut down his WMD programs? Or perhaps just accepting Saddam's possession of WMD eventually including nukes?
