As of today, I am ahead on all of them except for EGLS, which is a very small position anyway.

Fundamentals? I like COHU a lot. No debt, tons of cash, strongest competitor in their segment, conservative management. When the industry turns around, I expect them to do very well. I will buy more if it goes down to $12.00.

CYMI looks good to me also, for many of the same reasons. They have a lock on their market, and are enabling the migration to smaller chips. I have held CYMI for years and sell covered calls in the 50's. So far none of the CCs have been exercised, but the premiums have just about covered my original cost. I will think about buying more if it gets < $25.
