>>the WH is causing most of the tension.
What choice is there?

Well I would say the first thing to do is hire a PR person who understands damage control who can peruse all the statements coming out of the WH. Remove all these "I am fed up its the final hour" comments from Bush. These things need to be transmitted privately between the parties involved. We all know the rhetoric between the WH and Iraq is probably quite harsh but the world doesn't need to hear it. You already know what I thought of some of the statements that Ari Fleicher made. Secondly... make it seem like that the US considers foreign opinion as key to every international matter... even if we don't. But make it look like we do. Powell has the ability to do this. The problem is that since there is only one global superpower the world wants to feel like there is at least some institution out there that can keep the US in check.

Thats the thing that is so frustrating to people I think... the issues are all PR.

well bush is the idiot who let that jewish speechwriter of his insert the phrase axis of evil. that is to blame for a lot of the tension. let israel deal with it! we are the ones who supply their every whim, with every weapon imaginable, they steal all our intelligence, and we send billions upon billions of dollars there every year. if they are so worried about saddam why don't they do something about it!
