So when you set the current precedent for pre-emptive war, are you going to be critical of other nations following the example set?

Paraphrased: North Korea said they fear they are next on the list, so if the US can launch a pre-emptive strike, then other nations being threatend could as well.

A whole world pre-empting strikes on whoever they feel threatened by. What a great idea!
