My issues are also with Bush as a diplomat -- but these issues spill over into national security policy issues. No case whatsoever has been made to support the argument that Iraq could attack us in any way. The link to terrorists is as flimsy as it gets -- almost all our "allies" in the region do more to harbor and support terrorists when compared to Iraq. The US holds itself up as judge and jury for UN resolution enforcement and then turns around and says it will not let the UN tell it what to do. Meantime, the pot threatens to boil over throughout the entire region -- and that boiling over process is something that really DOES threaten our national security. It is small wonder why people do not trust Bush.
