COT's indicate the banks, of all commercials, are very short. There is now a potential for a massive squeeze. All it would take is a sudden influx of say Japanese buying, those who are suddenly faced with the loss of their life savings in various now defunct banks. Its here, its now and its real. Hold on tight because i figure a better than 50% chance its going to happen. The rate at which the US economy is sliding can permit for any outcome now, all of which can lead to a very bad ending. Given these fundamentals, positive technicals must be given the benefit of doubt. Next week could see some very large moves.
