That - obviously - was the fact I stated: that Bush, shortly after assuming office, signed an executive order asserting Presidential power to shield ALL past and present Presidential records from the FOIA, and from the public's scrutiny.

Nice to see you admit that my fact is correct... and undisputed (especially since it was widely reported, really going out on a ledge, aren't you?)
