This press release keeps showing up but by different news agencies.

If the US Attorney charges her with a crime, he better make it stick or his career is toast.

It is curious to me that Waksial has already been charged, pleaded guilty and is awaiting sentencing for an offence that occurred the same day as Martha's alleged offense.

They either don't have a strong case or hope through intimidating leaks to the press to get her to admit to something in a plea bargain so she doesn't beat them in court. Why else wait two months to decide whether to charge her? They have a case now or they don't. This is public grandstanding by prosecutors that can't prove it, IMHO.
