I believe you are referring to the honorable Dr. Howard Epstein, MD, PhD, SOB, FOC (full of crap)! By the way, how about that new name eh?? Matrix Initiatives, Inc.? They ought to have a picture of Bozo as their corporate logo and have the CEO give his speech at the annual shareholers meeting wearing clown shoes!
