Yeah, and it was the German Government that turned on us in a "blink." You however, seem to be of the "Blame Us" school of Foreign Affairs.

I think Rumsfield is doing Germany a public service by publicly stating that when you build your coalition based upon Anti-American rhetoric, you very well may end up being lumped together with the Anti-American nation states.

His comments deserve the play they are getting in Europe and the way the reactions on the European street will likely dictate the nature of our bilateral relations for the next several years.

Schroeder need learn that people who live in glass houses, ought not throw stones.
