that's a strange argument. the dependency is backwards: new offerings depends on the market conditions, not the other way 'round.

if we end tomorrow red i'll have a short-term buy signal on the Dow but i'm having a lot of trouble seeing a longer-term bullish case.

every daily indicator is pointing down...

other than being overdue for a turn - which we are - what does anybody see on any chart that suggests we're going up for the next few days? it's not even time for a war rally, that's at least a week ahead of us.
