Formuli as follows: For publicly traded companies: Fire the serfs and pay yourself lots of stock options/salary For pre-IPO tech companies: Fire the serfs and sop up all the venture capital on fat salary, get another round of funding, repeat (the above formula for pre-IPO tech is actually a business plan, you don't even have to sell a single widget. When they cut off the funding, fold up the tent, repeat)
