yes I did time it perfectly as a matter of fact, I was an insider then for many emerging software companes and we thought ERP was dead. The mkt believed us for a year.

But who cares your point was that I never short and in fact I do.

It was a situation just like now, certainly easier to be long and I was also long other stuff but software was a profitable short that was my point.
