Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
You ARE right about personal attacks, but I think that what we have here aside from a personal attack, is also such a 'picture'.

To be open minded, I must admit that it has the feel of a personal attack (and there you are right), but it also makes some specific points, that may have truth in them despite seeming simplistic and infantile..

But of course that would be easy for me to say, since I happen to agree with some of the not so subtle implications -namely that personal considerations(ego, re-election, etc.) do sadly enter into foreign policy decisions.
