Options were granted to the guys at least 5 years ago,
at a market price of that time. If the stock today
is higher, and they cash out, it means that their
performance was positive. The exercise price above
granted price is easily measurable. What is your
problem here?

"Options should be DISCLOSED not expensed."

It looks like people here start to understand (slowly) that
options are labor compensation expenses no matter how
to slice this. Expenses must be expensed, would you agree?
