They really just want Zarqawi and making his presence in Iraq known will either flush him out or get him killed. All the others they can track to hunt down other cells. No need to strike a camp and take the chance they might miss him.

It is also crawling with Kurds who would love to manufacture some resolve for the US, to get us in to a foreign war.
