Thanks for the notes, Bill. Sorry I missed him. I had to be up early this morning so hit the sack early. However, morning meetings were canceled due to the snow.

Wonderful day in Jersey. Steady but lite snow falling, no wind, temperature in the upper 20s, perfect looking winter weather out the window. Time to stoke up a fire in the fireplace, put a favorite CD on the player, and pull up a good book.

7) Washington is really concerned about Al Qaeda cells in this country starting something when the war starts.

Or, to split US attention, resources and support, rally Islamic popular sentiment and make Saddam out to be even more of a hero/martyr, strike pre-emptively.
