Blair pushes for 3 week delay

In another report, the Times said British Prime Minister Tony Blair is now pushing for a three-week delay of any military action against Iraq, in the hope that more time will allow for some or all of the countries opposing an attack to change their minds, and a crucial March 14 U.N. meeting.
