Not fudging, just the inability of the Labor Dept. to factor correctly the seasonal workers. Last months report showed an unexpectedly large drop in employment. This was because less workers were hired for the holiday than expected. So, Labor reported it as a drop in employment. This month is the mirror image since less people were laid off than expected. Hence, the big increase in employment numbers. Market sees through this already.
