Based upon what I have heard, and the increasing rhetoric, I'm thinking that by end of February at the latest the air attack, and possibly ground attack, will have started.

Of course the entire attack may be called off but at this point that is doubtful in my opinion.

delineates most likely window to complete the preparatory air bombardment and begin the invasion, IMHO.
