The Abortion Clinic: A Good Place To Meet Women

DAYTON, Ohio (Wireless Flash) -- It sounds insane but an abortion clinic can be a great place to pick up on women.
That's according to lifetime bachelor Steve Pell, author of the new book, "Over 200 Proven Ways and Places to Pick Up Girls" (1stBooks).

The 62 year old, who claims he's slept with well over 2000 women, has met several of his sweeties in abortion clinic lobbies.

Here's how it works: You go into the waiting room and see if any of the ladies appear to need a shoulder to cry on. Then, just approach her and offer her some sympathetic support.

Pell warns that this pick-up isn't for someone just looking for a one-night stand, because of the emotional conditions under which you meet and the fact that "most abortion clinics recommend a girl wait at least two weeks before having intercourse."

Other unusual pick-ups in Pell's book include: Attending feminist organization meetings, pretending you're gay and posting your number on the wall of a women's public restroom.

Seasonally adjusted retail jobs increased 101,000 from 23,148,000 to 23,249,000. The unadjusted number of jobs actually fell 973,000 jobs to 22,817,000 from 23,790,000.

Similar upward adjustment for government jobs, which actually fell if not adjusted for their seasonal factors. Instead of a rise of 4,000 jobs in the seasonally adjusted series, the raw number for government jobs fell by 426,000.

Les:

Right on the money. And this piece of baloney ranks right up there with last quarter's revelation that the FARMING community provided the big gains in employment (what a joke)!

Best, Earlie
