" The inference is to the flow of time and I used a date that is past and so close but is not now. Then" It too bad all those places you mention have fallen so far behind America from whenever you say to NOW. How did they screw up and what has America done right????" If those past places were very tolerant back then, were they back that as torlerant as America is today. If they are less tolerant than America today, they have regressed. Doesn't every American know about rocky and his friends. :-) Even on Orange.
