Actually I do think the administration is playing into Saddam's psychology to prevent him from backing down, but that is another issue. The answer to your question is that yes, if Bush gets the job done without killing people, I will applause him imensely and will not question his foreign policy again.

I for a change would happily vote for an honest politician who admits he is human than the crowd I see in government. But I am not going to debate it this way.

The mistakes I talked about were not GWB's so if he has really learned anything from them, then he should have no problems facing up to them and stating that his administration will do a better job than his predecessors. I don't see that. Nor do I see any justice for the American public in liu of the big mistakes of the past.

Quite so. But again, the track record and lack of comitment to change does not bode well.
