I do worry that Saddam will use chemicals this time around as he's signing his own death warrant and dooming his legacy for Uday Hussein. I hope we can locate all the weapons before they use them and destroy them on the ground.

I think he will capitulate long before that. If fact, I think he might take that offer to emigrate just before the fighting starts..........so long as there's good money involved.
