Interesting comments on the 'surprise' factor.

I think we can expect the unexpected, as our military has shown in the past - but you just have to wonder how much surprise we can achieve when we've been massing troops on his border for months.

One thing for sure is the black jets like blackness. Early March jives with my take too for the earliest we would do it.
