Most Europeans consider Powell to be the more reasonable face of U.S. policymaking. I think the difference between me and those that support Bush is that I don't think we can afford to alienate the world like this. I don't care what people think of Europe it is the number 2 mkt in the world and a lot of people live there, we need to negotiate with these people not piss them off.
