I assume that this was not through Penntrade. Thanks for the info. I dropped PT a note of complaint, but doubt that it will do any good, no matter how good a customer I am.

PT says it's a problem for non-Canadians to participate if there's no US listing... check must be written on a Canadian bank, or some such. The rules may be changing soon. I don't think it's for lack of Penntrade's trying.
